Ms Randi Youells

Randi Youells has been the Vice President for Programs at the Legal Service Corporation, Washington, D.C. since 2000. Previously she was the State Planning Consultant from 1998 to 2000 at the Corporation. Before joining the corporation Randi had held various positions in legal services. She has also worked extensively as a consultant throughout the United States. Randi holds a Masters degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa.
