MR PETER VAN DEN BIGGELAAR

Peter van den Biggelaar was born in The Netherlands in 1952. From 1971 to 1976 he studied law at the Nijmegen University. In 1972 he joined the Law Shop in Helmond. From 1976 to 1992 he worked in a legal aid office in 's-Hertogenbosch. At present he is the Executive Director of the Legal Aid Board in 's-Hertogenbosch especially in charge of the mediation and the legal aid and advice centres in The Netherlands. He also is the project manager for the Dutch consumers bankruptcy act WSNP (rescheduling of debts).
