Mr John Lynch

John Lynch has practised as a solicitor in private practice and with the Legal Aid Commission of Victoria. He currently works in the legal and courts policy area of the Victorian Department of Justice, with policy responsibilty for courts, the judiciary, legal aid, community legal centres and pro bono. John's 1996 PhD examined the relationship between the legal profession and the development of legal aid in Victoria.
