MS FRANCES BLYTH

Frances is currently Manager Strategic Development with the Legal Services Agency in Wellington, New Zealand. The Agency was formed on 1 February this year; Frances has been in the role since mid-March.

Before joining the Legal Services Agency, Frances spent two years as the Chief Executive of Parents Centres NZ Inc. Parents Centre is a community based parent education, support and advocacy organisation which has 56 branches in New Zealand.

Prior to this, Frances worked for a number of years as a contractor in the area of policy development and strategic planning, particularly in the field of child and youth mental health. Frances has also worked in the area of international trade policy with the NZ Dairy Board.
