Don Fleming

Don Fleming is a Professor of Law at the University of Canberra, Australia. He has been active in legal aid research in Australia since 1988. In 2002 he was a Visiting Scholar at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at Oxford where he completed a research project for the Canadian Department of Justice. Currently he is working with two economist colleagues on developments in the labour market for the legal profession in Australia, and the impact of labour market and workplace change on legal professionalism.
