Mr. P.J.M. van den Biggelaar, the Netherlands, (born Helmond, 25-03-1952), Master of Laws, (1952) is the Executive Director of the Legal Aid Board 's-Hertogenbosch.

The Legal Aid Board is an independent administrative body (ZBO) that is responsible for the organisation of and the supervision on the government-funded legal aid.

He studied law at the University of Nijmegen. During his study, he was an assistant with the Law Shop in Helmond. From 1976 up to 1992, he was active with the Legal Aid and Advice Centre in 's-Hertogenbosch. In 1992, he entered the service of the Legal Aid Board's-Hertogenbosch in the process of being formed. As of March 1993, he is the director of one of the five Legal Aid Boards, this being the board of 's-Hertogenbosch. As a national project manager (1997 - 1999), he was responsible for the introduction of the Dutch consumers bankruptcy act WSNP (rescheduling of debts). In 2001, he was the president of the monitoring committee that was charged with the cost price research recourse actions Central Judicial Collection Agency (CJIB)/bailiffs. He was a member of the monitoring committee legal evaluation WSNP (2001).
