Conference Venue & Accommodation The costs of accommodation are the responsibility of individual participants. Hotel accommodations are available at the Sheraton Commander Hotel conveniently located within five-minutes walking distance from Harvard Law School and Harvard Square. The square is home to many restaurants, bookstores, Harvard Museums, and local musicians and other street artist entertainment. A special conference rate at the Sheraton Commander is available for ILAG participants. This rate applies in the days preceding and following the ILAG meeting (June 18-20, 2003) to accommodate the needs of overseas participants. The conference rate for ILAG participants is US $185.00/night for a single room and $205/night for a double room. ILAG conveners are handling room booking. ILAG participants should plan on taking a taxicab from Logan International Airport to the hotel, which may cost up to US $40.00, including tip. Depending on the hour of arrival to Logan airport, the journey to the hotel may take between 20 - 40 minutes. The hotel can also be reached by public transportation (MBTA) for the cost of one dollar.
