Conference Venue & Accommodation
The costs of accommodation are the responsibility of individual participants. Hotel accommodations are available at the Sheraton Commander Hotel conveniently located within five-minutes walking distance from Harvard Law School and Harvard Square. The square is home to many restaurants, bookstores, Harvard Museums, and local musicians and other street artist entertainment.
A special conference rate at the Sheraton Commander is available for
ILAG participants. This rate applies in the days preceding and following
the ILAG meeting (June 18-20, 2003) to accommodate the needs of overseas
participants.
The conference rate for ILAG participants is US $185.00/night for a single room and $205/night for a double room.
ILAG conveners are handling room booking. Those interested in staying
at the Sheraton Commander must contact Eileen Ritchie via e-mail at
eileen.ritchie@strath.ac.uk
at the latest by May 9, 2003 to ensure the group rate.

The Sheraton Commander does not offer an airport shuttle to the hotel.
ILAG participants should plan on taking a taxicab from Logan International
Airport to the hotel, which may cost up to US $40.00, including tip.
Depending on the hour of arrival to Logan airport, the journey to
the hotel may take between 20 - 40 minutes.
The hotel can also be reached by public transportation (MBTA) for
the cost of one dollar. Information on how to reach the hotel by public
transportation travel is available on the hotel website.
